Wa govt fails to submit business case for perth freight link to port

Perth has been slammed for failing to put together a business case for a new freight link from Perth to Sydney.
The state’s top court on Monday approved an appeal by Australia’s biggest company over its rejection of plans by th우리카지노e Australian Port Authority to build a new freight line from Perth’s port to Sydney’s port of Darwin.
The APA argued it was an environmental benefit and argued a major port hub could be developed as a benefit to the region.
The appeal was lodged earlier t더킹카지노his year with the Supreme Court but it was not approved before the high court’s final hearing.
AAP spokesman Nick Pickles said the court had not received a business case “yet” and could consider the appeal as soon as this week.
“This issue is far more complex than any small port-related casnatyasastra.come has been before,” he said.
The project is to be run by Westpac, the world’s largest financial services and insurance company.
